Receiver is most imp part of rc hobby.receiver receives signals from transmiter and sends it to servo or esc.

it controlls both motor & servo

i want to start from 2ch transmitter is it ok

or go for other

Not trying to discourage you from asking questions at all, but please do read/search through before asking about the very basics.  All these are covered well already, and the fringe reading will vastly improve your overall awareness and knowledge of this hobby.  And this will intern translate into saving your money at the time of purchases.

Please spend a few days (yes, "days" ) using the search box on the top right of this forum.  You will be glad you spent the time !

And more importantly, you are not even making it clear whether you are into planes or cars (or others).  The number of channels you need in the receiver depends on that. 

For example, search for "connection diagram" to see how a typical electric setup is wired up  (http://www.rcindia.org/search2?search=connection+diagram).

Not going to say more... letting you figure out how to use "search" !
