i am new kid in rc block. can any one tell me, is there any manual or hand book of how to make rc plane in details and where i can get it.

Welcome to RC India :)
I refer you to the many build threads here using various materials. Your question is as vague as asking "Help me choose a car"... you have to make a lot of decisions starting with your budget, needs, preferences etc. It works about the same when it comes to RC planes also.
Please see the sticked topics and Gems list, and read as much as you can before starting on anything.
