rc receive blinks led once when connected to power after that no response,
rc transmitter turns on the green led
but there is no communication in between them
antenna is alright i checked it out

You have to use the bind plug first just connect the bind plug to bat in the receiver and hold down bind key of transmitter simultaneously.

i think this works because once i bound it with the receiver and when it was connected to arduino i flashed the code .
i will try this and let you know.
