Hi friends,
I'm a beginner to RC flying and recently purchased JP SkySurfer from RCBharath, Hyderabad. It comes with pre-installed servos (4 numbers ie., for Rudder, Elevator and for the 2 Ailerons) and motor with ESC. One of the servo on the wings for ailerons, when I connect the battery, the arm positions away from the aileron. Due to this the aileron will move in direction with full deflection and half on the other direction. How to center the servo to get equal deflection on both directions. The servos are glued and very difficult to remove. Any easy way to remove the servos. Senior members please help.
Thanx in advance.

you can use a sharp blade to remove the glue....If you really want to remove the servos
Another method which I applied was to take a screw driver that fits the screw holding the servo arm, and angle it into the foam untill you reach the screw. You can then remove the arm and center it. Putting the screw back in is a little tricky but possible.
Regards Ashim.
No need to remove the servo, just remove the Arm from the servo as ashim said and turn on your TX and then the RX, trim the aileron stick to center, then put the arm back centered and then put the screw back.

if your aileron is moving more up than down - both sides ... then it should be okay.
google "aileron differential" to learn the funda
Thanx for the valuable replies friends.

looks rite....
Looks to me that your left ailerons up travel is much less compared to your right aileron.
Ashim.
Seems to be fine... After centering please do put that tiny screw...
