yes..sure we can.. for that you need a good plastic gear box, with a high reduction ratio.. then make the driving circuit based on 1 to 2 m/s pulse based, along with a correction/error amp, with an H bridge circuit to handle cored or core less motor.. if you want to make yourself, you must need a good deep knowledge in practical electronics.. so, if you are not an expert in electronics, you can make a good servo from a scraped/ damaged micro or standard servo, by taking it's driving board, and synchronizing with your plastic gearbox..

sir, what about a actuator- i think if you give little guidance -that should be manageable?

hope it helps!

actually the attached mubarak depicts that he had been trying to make a magnetic actuator, which practically we rarely use.By mistake he has written it to be a servo. I dont know the all differences, but actuator is just a kind of servo, not exactly. Do some RnDs and post here for us to learn.

the above link has plenty of information, and you can make your own using magnet and copper wire, and some common household hardware.

Actuators can be seen to be used in micro rc planes. like:

dear mubarak, please upload recognizable images. I interpretated it ti be LPG gasket :giggle:.
