I'm not able to start my quad motors. When I connect the FC to PC, when I change sticks, the values are getting changed. The green light is blinking with 1 second interval. When I performed the motor test, the motors ran, but not when I try to give throttle.

I'm using tarot ZYX-m FC. Radio is AT9 Radiolink. As per manual, keeping the sticks towards each other or towards opposite sides, should arm the motors. Any help will be appreciated.
