I am an intermediate in rc flying i have a Champ RTF and a flight simulator, i have practiced a lot and read many articles about rc flying. Now i am trying to make my own flight. i have made 4-5 models but all failed, the latest one took of beautifully but i am not able to control it and eventually falls down in 6-7 seconds can anyone tell me tips about making my own plane. i have attached pics of my plane.

Make from plans that is the only tip I can give.

Define "Intermediate"

Is that your own personal evaluation?

please dont fly near electic lines .it can be very dangerous

I am not an expert but it looks like the surface area of the wing is high. Was this made from a plan ?

A video might help telling what went wrong...

Check the CG.  My guess is you are flying very tail heavy.  Since you can fly the Champ, then you know how to fly.  But even experts will crash if they a plane that is very tail heavy.

a video will be good to analyze the correct problem. Looking at these images, i see, there is no dihedral shape at all in the wing. It can be a reason. And before flying make sure the CG is perfect.

@Vishnu L
Your airplane looks me beautiful look at those large wheels but it is just beautiful, for flying I cannot make comment.
I consider it is very good that you try to build your own airplane
First consider the c.g of the airplane
Second starting from front to the end see there is any twist in the airplane then does it on the wing area also
third you should check the thrust line
As I think your model is extremely light weight (8 oz approx) fly it in very calm wind
By watching your photo it seems your model is going straight up (that I can suspect something terrible wrong with the model)
it should at least just fly and take off like a real airplane or little bit close to it if possible.(takeoff with small angle not the straight up) I am not taking about 3d airplane so plz forgive me if possible.
Check the elevator angle of attack
Best of luck for the build

I endorse the tip given first...... Use proven plans to make your models.... you do not have to go inventing the wheel all over again.  Leave self designed models to the guys who really understand what aeroplanes and aeromodels are and know how to make them and fly them.
Well I been into aeromodelling since I was in School....  and then been in the air for over 30 years.  Now looking to be back into aeromodelling full time...

1. Use slow flier first so that you can get time to respons.
2. Use dihedral in wing or fix wing on above CG so that when you just free the Tx, it become straight from tilt position.
3. First test like glider by hand throwing on grass or caught by another person. keeping throttle zero but enerzing the system. It will show you the neutral position of control surfaces so that it require trim or not. If bend/tilt/dive, adjust rudder/aileron/elevator.
4. If this all pass by level flight, then give throttle slowly just after hand launch.
5. Are your power system is enough to fly the model ? even prop too.. matched with the power system ?

I will definitely second Sanjayrai sir's remark...
Don't hesitate, A good bunch of forum members started with intermediate status and then reduced to Begineer including me too.....

First read the threads of http://www.rcindia.org/rc-india-forum/the-rc-india-gems/
Hope you will definitely figure out the fault yourself.
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

You did well to make a scratch built plane.  Anything can fly if the CG is correct.  It may not fly fast or be aerobatic but it can maintain lift and have control. lf you don't have time to build from plans, try this one I made in 10 minutes.
