Found this series of videos by RC-Powers very helpful, with the subject matter well presented.
Should be a good guide beginners, especially while starting with electrics.

Very useful build and flying tips. Never knew that CF rods needed to be cut carefully. I cut mine with a knife or a cutting plier. I do get a few bits of CF "dust" and wipe them away. Whats harmful about dust from cutting a CF tube, rod or flat??

People say asbestos is worse.
Simple solutions do seem to apply while cutting CF rods, like wet paper napkins.

Nitesh, are you going to spend the rest of your life posting links and wondering about hobby knives?
Are you also going to fly?? Build?? :headscratch: :headscratch:
The first time i crashed i destroyed my 6''4 propeller and now none of the shops in Bangalore seems to have it..and going by the 2nd vdo that was the magic propeller ! what luck
What do you fly which destroy a propeller?? :headscratch: .... Generally we all break them. :giggle:

Whoa !!! :headscratch: Since when did Beijing China made its way into Andaman And Nicobar Islands? ??? ???
I am aware that that country has plans to enter into the Bay of Bengal and Malacca Straits since long but never imagined that it has already established itself there in the Islands. I think you are aware that China has offered to send 4 or 5 frigates and submarines in to that area :o :o on the pretext of helping in the search operations of missing Malaysian aircraft MH370 >:D >:D but India stood firm and said  'NO, No, No.' These waters around Andaman and Nicobar Islands that straddles Malacca Strait, are a major maritime choke point key to Beijing's energy security. ;D
Less known to the outside world, Andaman Nicobar are territories that give India the leverage to emerge as the gate-keeper to Malacca Strait that witnesses the maximum container traffic from and to the western Pacific. Capital Port Blair is home to the only tri-services operational command of the Indian armed forces that has assets from the Army, Navy, Air Force and the Coast Guard. India is converting the Andaman and Nicobar Command into a major amphibious warfare hub, setting up full-fledged training facilities and basing a sea-and-land fighting unit to provide teeth to its capability to take the battle into enemy shores. :salute: :salute:
There is a growing realisation in India that the Andaman and Nicobar, apart from Lakshadweep on the West, hold the key to dominating the vital maritime zones and securing the economic and strategic interests.
PS : I too was not aware of it until I came across this facts in news papers. So, no first hand knowledge, I acknowledge. :P :P
This is a useful video when considering moving up from micro flyers to full size planes.

Hello friends I am Avijit. I am a beginner to this hobby. Can any one tell me where would I get depron in kolkata?. I have made plane with high density thermocol with 1000kv brushless motor, 30A esc and 2200mAh LiPo battery. The plane becomes very much weighty and could'nt fly. Every time it fly a little bit and crash on head down. Please give me some suggestion.
There is absolutely no problem with thermocol. And if you are new you are going to crash often so don't worry.
Depron is not essential. You can cover thermocol with newspaper using fevcol + water (1:1 ratio)
Have good profile wing shape, if it isn't possible to shape properly you can go with kfm wing profile.
If your plane nose dives then you need to check your CG. You can check this video. You will get better idea about CG

Hi I am new to RC! Can anyone please tell me what transmitter should i buy?
Turnigy 9xr pro or Spektrum dx 6i or spektrum dx8 ?
Please reply I want your help so i can further make my way to RC!
It is a informative one....thanks for posting.....
Shivam, I would recommend the spectrum dx6i as it is of good quality and is simple. If you take one with more channels,it would have more switches and things which may confuse you in the middle of a flight.
