Want to start building foam plane and require forum help to answer Qn( friends you can write crisp answers with respective Qn no., )

1 can a thermocol solid fuselage carved one piece and Corogatedmsheet wings ,tail etc go together?

2 can a complete thermocol plane be made? Dimensions approx : fuse: 18" ,wings 24"

3 fevicol works with it or not?

4 is there any ratio of : Fuse: Wings: tail: rear wing?

Answer for all your question is "Yes"
And fourth one
The fuse length is 75% of the total wingspan..
As a beginner I will request you to download a plan and build with respect to that.. then you can move on latter...
All the best

The main issue would be using fevicol it will not hold the plane together for a long time , try using any clear epoxy instead , the rest as Arun points out download a plan and build with respect to that...

Qn when we cut rudder ,ele. Ail. They become separate from the wing and tail,
If the material is coro plastic sheet then how to make them hang with them?
Is it that we cut the sheet on this part just 50% ? So that it is not completely detach with it ?

What is the method to make this essential parts stay there firmly?

To cut a hinge in Coro, cut on one side of the flute and leave the other intact. this makes nice, strong hinge that lasts asfar as your plane. if you feel the hinge is a bit tight, you can loosen up the hinge by cutting slots. for more info have a look at my buildlog PICs. you can use Anabond to glue coro alone. i have no idea about anabond on Foam. a 50ml anabond that costs 40rs will last for 3planes minimum i can bet. no sanding no surface preparation required.

try sourcing some depron or Coroplast, againt build material is a matter of personal choice, make sure it isnt heavy. try searching in this forum for ESC motor interface video from thehobbyshop.in from pune.

Qn: I have found a good craftsman who makes Bamboo artifacts.

If I Provide him with fuselage and Wing structure to be made in bamboo
Or if I take Bamobbo sticks and glue it to make these parts,it will be sturdy and solid yet light in weight.

Can this fly ? It may get less damage in crash ? Easy to fix?

in my opinion, bamboo doesnt give enough chance to mount screws or motors, bamboo flex in one axis and stronger in another axis.
it will be sturdy if built in a tricky way. In my childhood ive made boats in bamboo spars and cover it with kite foil, and it was sturdy enough with some glue.
maybe you can give it a try, of course it will be light and can fly.

Anabond, get a 40 rs bottle of 50 ml, you can make around 4 planes with this bottle, just make sure you wipe the tip of the bottle before storing and store it in a refrigerator. no surface preparation needed.
