what is the recommended wing size for a begineer ?
i think 30" is necessary or else wind will steal it away

Go for trainer model with a 50" wingspan..
Search in this forum for trainer plane.. and you will get many plans..

man ain't 50" a big plane for a begineer always try to reduce their budget as much as they can and getting a 50" in line wont just increase the budget

I don't think increasing the wingspan will increase the budget that Much...???

70 cm is perfect i feel... too big is clunky, and too small will fly away...the bigger it is, the more it will shatter.. :P

very small will be fast... you need to get the perfect size to balance size to speed....

A properly built plane can be made to fly slow as well as fast by adjusting CG, wing incidence and motor down thrust. Lighter the plane, easier it is on the beginner as it can fly slowly without stalling. Of course the trade off is that it will be difficult to handle during winds. 900-1000mm wing span is a good size to start with.

nitesh... if you have 6k, then buy a bixler. no questions... just get one...i wish i had bought one at the start instead of building a plane.... first learn to fly... you can always scratch build later... get a feel of a rc plane, before you build one...

for all of you with radio
so bixler out of the list

i did not add the clevis and the pin horns
i like your setup  but its a bit more
and when i add everything to cart the totalis 43.87$
with shipping it comes to around 59$ which is 3582 in  :Rs:
now add the tx rx http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__24969__Turnigy_6X_FHSS_2_4ghz_Transmitter_and_Reciever_Mode_2_.html it comes to 74 $
with shipping it is around 98$ which is 5950
now add the customs  around 500  :Rs: so 5950 + 500 = 6450 so now the plane foam around 200 per sheet 6650
and some more items like the glue and e.t.c. 500 7150
its 1000 more than what i mentioned

but thanks for your effort
