If you are interested in a 3 channel trainer you can try this
http://www.rcindia.org/self-designed-diy-and-college-projects/scratch-build-ezfly-3ch-trainer/new/
it is a pusher prop with propeller housed inside the fuse so no chances of breaking the prop.

Blu Baby 33 is an excellent choice, even I am in the process of building one with kfm3 wings (go for undercambered wing if you are not good with ailerons). It's also good for learning as the monoblock design gives it a lot of strength.. Its very forgiving to CG settings too. You can have one ready in as less as 2 days.

best of luck!!

When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.

btw, for elecronics get a 1100kv-1400kv motor, it'll be very sufficient..

My take would be - http://www.fancyfoam.com/index.php?main_page=product_bundle_info&cPath=87&products_id=309. Link to plans are available. Its a foamy, small, pusher and easy to fly. Just finished one using max scrap material.

rcrcnitesh

which is the best scratch built one for begineers don't want any arf or rtf want to make it on my own
it would be better if you would reply with the plans foamy would be a better choice thinking for j3 piper cub
i would love good looks

Hi Nitesh,
If you are a beginner I would not suggest building a scale model as crashes are inevitable and you would just be wasting your time in trying to get the scale looks. As it is, it is very hard to build a good looking scratch build.
I would suggest building a plane that flies well, not keeping looks a priority and once you are confident in your flying skills, then you can make any plane you want, and make it as scale as you want.
I recently read about a Blu Baby somewhere in this forum and that seems a very nice plane. Why don't you build that as your first plane. Its always nice to have a trainer plane you can trust and one that is forgiving and sturdy enough to take the crashes, not to mention easy to repair.
I'll see if I can find the link. :)

You can build the 33 inch version if you fly in an area with little wind or indoors.
Otherwise, the 40 inch version seems nice.

Yes Nitesh make a simple wing trainer plane. don't go for looks.
once you learned to fly, you can take out all electronics from that and make nice good looking plane.

Hello every one, this is my first post in this forum, i have built plane out of cardboard and local foam but that time i was not knowing about rc planes, i have just added 1.5 volt dc motor but finally it did not worked, but now i have learned lots of things from internet and want to built rc plane and want your help.
i have following thing from rc bazaar:
Avionic AV9A 9g Servo
Avionic M2226/25 KV1800 MICRO brushless motor
Avionic 20Amp ESC
Wolfpack 1300mah 20C 7.4V
Wolfpack B3AC 2s/3s compact charger
Electric Flight Prop 8 x 4 E
rcb 7x transmitter
I am confused which planes will be easy to built and fly as beginner, I am thinking to built Plane like Mr. Moss, GWS Slow Stick as they are more sturdy and do not break when there is crash landing. Image below is my home made plane model but its too heavy  :)

Oh, and if you still insist on making a scale looking model, I would suggest you get some simulator practice before actually flying it to save yourself from disappointment later on.

Sir, I personally have never used foam.
I was just suggesting the design as many people on RCGroups have posted positive reviews about it.

Also, isn't blue foam a type of styrofoam only?
(Pardon my lack of knowledge in foam)
