RC FLYING RESTRICTION IN DELHI

I WANTED TO KNOW IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION IN DELHI AREA if i fly my rc plane upto the height of 100 ft in an open ground no residential around?
from where do I get this official info about this.
Do any govt authorities need to be contacted for permission?
or any other info u may give related to this topic.
