Hi i would say go with the Flysky FS-I6, Flysky Th9x is slightly old and outdated

1. Go for flysky i6 specially i6x.
2. Flysky th9x is also good but it will not support external radio voltage telemetry for example (flysky cvt 01 module, which is must to get battery voltage during flight) plus it's pretty much old radio.
3. You can use external jr module with th9x like frsky xjt module of flysky  afhds 3 protocol but the total cost will be higher and within the same cost you can get "opentx" supported radio like radiomaster tx16s or frsky qx7.
4. If you are beginner in rc hobby and low on budget then go for flysky fs i6x
5. If you  can spend around 10000 to 13000 then buy radiomaster tx16s or flysky qx7 but these are hard to find in India, you have to import these from outside.
6. While flysky radios are easily available in India. Around a month ago in June 2020, I bought flysky fs i6x from robu.in and within 3 days I got the product. It's pune based store. Their service is quite good.

If you are serious about the hobby, just buy a taranis open tx. It is little hard to learn but it's worth it.
