Good evening Friends...its my rerun in to my life...forgetting everything bad...and its time...i got an opportunity to do something to may nation for our NAVY...in the form of this ship...its a frigate...INS SHIVALIK...its a three meters ship...made of thermocoal and paper...scaled around in 1:55...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

i started my work from exact blue prints...with paper and thermocoal....
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and was some tough work due to my unhealthy situation...but still i know i do not have any more time to be alive..so only modeling....

motors came from automobile wiper assy, and reworked for 7.2 volts, and in to 2.4 KV...in to three...one for thrust pump...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and ESC was made out of PWM principle, and powered by IRF mosfets..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and the commander transmitter was wired by FM principle. its based on 27 .145 MHz. all are custom made....its goes in to 12 channel...all proportional..cover was made out of foam board..and control stics took from Siemens  controls.
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and runs nicely...its my first work...now...so happy...within my pain...thank you all...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

Seaking was finished by paper and all into scale...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and i added a rotating main rotor and tail....
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and i fixed all switches in starboard panel within  a sliding door for easy access..and dust proofing...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

and yes...its in our naval pool...it can fire really...can rotate turret...slide doors...horn..alarm...and radio communication with hidden camera and FM transmitter....

WOW ! great work roopeshkrishna {:)} {:)} {:)} :salute: :salute: :salute:
she looks exactly the same , when i saw her last time ,the big canon ,rocket launchers everything are perfectly scaled, she is fast, she is stealth, and she is beautiful!
when i was sailing in that ship every one was friendly !
best of luck for your first sail
To increase thrust you need more  money! But to reduce weight you  need nothing!

Dear Mr. Krishna,

That is one of the finest (if not the best) scratch built model that I've ever seen. Keep up the great work and continue inspiring us.

Waiting for the video.

Regards,

VC

Thank you all of my Friends...i took around a month to finish this one..becaue by health i am not OK...i will post a detailed article about making a ship, from thermocol and paper, and sure with all known technics that with me..all proven for years..and i hope with that many of us can make models with very less money and yes will be much enjoyable...but i request for a little time, because i am simply getting back in to my life, once again...i will post all goodies here that i proved in my lifetime...its sure...and also know that i have ample of things to learn from you all...thanks for the inspiration, and encouragement...still working on a new platform...

roopeshkrishna

Praveen Sir, i am too happy to know that you sailed in Shivalik...its nice...and i can simply imagine the sheer power  as her's gas turbines thrusts her...my model is fully eqiped one and can really fire, by changing the turret in to some big one, not in scale, because to absorb the rebouncing...now i am in to INS MUMBAI, in same scale..then INS VIPUL...but at present i am working on a new design, for our NAVY, is named NAGIN 1. its a stealthy gun platform concept..and also working on a mig 29, in to 7 feet, to show the landing gear retraction, and deploy.it will take some time, but within time i will post a great article about making a great ship from thermocol and paper...its nice..inexpensive..but relliable...sure..i will post...

VC Sir..i will load a video soon...please give me a little time...

superb build, as you can see, except probably Mr VC & Maharana , there are no serious boat builders, here, i am sure you have read this thread (http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=29759.0) take this to MBM as well. see the response. you want to stick onto to Indian, i think that is welcome too. aim is .KEEP BUILDING, posts , forum etc are secondary,
Gusty's Hangar and Introduction.

A Good pilot will practice until he gets it right,
A Great pilot will practice until he can't get it wrong.
