Good........Friends..
Making a house boat is, one of my sweetest dream, for years, but this was the time to realize it.the dream was re ignited by a scene, that i saw to the way to the Naval Academy. as i reached the Alappuzha- the land of lakes, it was a marvelous sight to see the house boats.but i noticed one great drawback, on all models, was nothing, but the wheel house and controls were kept in bow side of the boat, exposed, leaving the crew exposed to all we ather changes...its not fair. whenever we designs a machine,we must think about the comfortness of the crews.
only then we can get a good service and safety. so i designed my house boat with some modern innovations, mainly in structure.

The wheel house is placed within a closed atmosphere, with all safety, and the total build structure is made to exactly to the Vasthu science.so it reminds the real Kerala architecture.

more than 3 feet long, she is very light in weight...thanks to the thermocol....she is powered by a toy rc system, and a toy motor reworked for my specs.she is designed for long range operations, especially in open river, so i used a powerful battery, with deep brushing to the motor.
she is also equiped with a MP3 player along with FM radio, all at the flick of a switch.i choose the turbo button of the RX2B to operate the MP3 player.i hope one day i will buy a full professional radio, along with servos, so i can add many more functions to my crafts.  now she performs well.....

showing the hull structure..after seasoning, i apllied the metal red oxide because, my intention is to release her in river  water..

a long whip antenna to a house boat may look awkward..so i choose an option to fix the antenna, as the bulwarks( side guide rails) or disguised as the guide rails, is a tuned dipole antenna for the radio reception... and  towards finishing..

hi
why dont u sell your models at best prices
with all the exellent craftmanship defeinetly all the models will fetch you nice rates
just try open one sales post in the form see how is the response (my opinion only) dont take in the wrong sense

VC

Bessie, what Roopesh has created, IMHO, is a work of art. I don't think there can be a price tag attached to such builds.

VC

Roopesh, I wonder what you would do if you were living in a country like the U.S.A. where EVERYTHING is available off the shelf? Would you still be churning out masterpieces like this or would you have been too busy doing other things?

I have met another Master Scratchbuilder, who is now a famous cinematographer in Hollywood and drives a Ferrari. He has given up modelling since he left India 24 years ago.

C'est la vie...............

Mr. Roopesh Krishna, you are an eccentric Genius Sir!

Bessie..it may true...but i wasnt interested to sell my models ....but now i feel i must sell some of my works,to buy some useful things to me.and because of my dedication in modelling, financially i was not fit..so my wife left me, when i was in bed, due to a road accident...so i considered me as finished..my mother cried in front of me...cursed me because, of my model works...but later here...now...our Navy and Airforce recognise my works, so i got some chances to work for my nation...so i finished the INS SHIVALIK..and INS RANVEER  in 1: 55 th scale..and a great UAV for our AF..now i am working for the second term..its all miracle of almighty...i am not well now...but i know i have only a less time to do something for my country..at least through my modeling works..so if you need any models from my collection please ask me..i will give you..price is not an issue...because i can make many crafts within time...so...happy...

+1 VC sir.
Roopesh sir, I too think that if you had more resources and help you could produce even more awesome models. But, like VC sir says, that's how life is.

Hats off to your hard-work and dedication sir!  :hatsoff: :salute:
