I am in designing boats and need somebody who can build me the boats I have designed with foam board so that I can thereafter do my research studies on it. Need somebody preferably in Kolkata, or Vizag.

Welcome to this forum, even though there are only a few boat builders here.
But I'm sure many airplane builders could help you build depron/balsa prototypes.
Can you post a sample design?
Otherwise we have no idea of wether you are thinking of 12" or 12' designs ;D
Or even if you need a bare hull or complete with power and control systems...
For getting meaningful responses you need to provide more details of what you have in mind.
