Himadri Roy's recommendation is correct.
That motor is about 1.5bhp, or equivalent to a 0.46 glow engine!
You'll need a BIG lipo too.
A 12-15amp ESC would have burnt out as soon as you opened the throttle.
Can we see a photo of the hull? It must be very powerful and fast.
Kk Iyer sir I wanted to post it somewhere else..and I posted it here by mistake. .sorry
I am using the Aquastar 120A from turnigy (HK) in 2 of my boats which have a 2075kv 40width motor;
Can even run them on 6S if needed I really recommend those;
More importantly rather tel us the boat size and the prop size u intend to fit.... That would help in even deciding what kind motor u need. Prop and weight of the boat are important.
That must be one BIG / HEAVY boat. Care to elucidate? (:|~

infact after this video I have gotten another boat as well. The Outerlimits which is also a V-Hull.
