Complete newbie to the boat modelling....
jst thoght how would it be o build an rc aircraft carrier... I know that this has been done by others but I thout can I make it from sheet metal(aluminium)
Also, I am not getting plans for boats as much I am getting plans for airplane...please help...

Pls tone down your ambitions and start with a simple motorboat.

But i guess boats are easier to control and difficult to construct than planes...soi guess for newbies any boat should do well for controlling...also i am going to get the hull built from aluminium sheet by a person eho makes boxes from aluminium...only thing i intend to make is the mechanism elecronics and the deck...pls correct me as my views might be wrong

Please provide links for plans of both aircraft carriers and motor boats or a good website like spadtothebone is for plane beginners

what size do you want it? aircraft carriers are not meant for high speed maneuvering! they are not meant for high speed, OR maneuvering!
.... if you want to build a boat, check out some of the threads in the boat section...

I am 16 ( turned 16 today...)... i just want the same thing...no high speed..no much maneuvering...just for the joy of building and owning and controlling one...

then make a tugboat....

I am not expecting to build such a big one as it will be difficult to carry and manitain...my goal is to build something 2- 2.5 feet long and with a plan of ins viraat or ins vikramaditya with a hull made of aluminium sheet... please someone teell any website..with plans for ships
