I think you went to the wrong place.

1 - go to the full web address:  http://www.sgrid.com/forum

2 - click on "Register" near the top of the screen, all the way to the right.

3 - Fill out the form, and submit it.  If you have a Facebook account, you can also connect to it.

4 - Wait for the validation email, open it, click on the link, and you're in.

5 - If you don't get the validation email, leave a note here, and I will log in and manually validate your account.  (I just tried, but I can't find any account for "gokemidoro".

I have no idea how you could have registered there for A-Main - unless you clicked on the A-Main logo at the top of the page, which would have taken you to the A-Main website, so maybe what you've just done is sign up with A-Main Hobbies...   which is a great place!

I already have an account on RC Universe - will check that out tomorrow; it's now 2am, and I'm getting sleepy.   :-)

Geez!

I just got registered, man it took like 7 tries.     :banghead:   Everything's cool now.

Ring me tomorrow (today?). I'll be here at the computer pretty much all day.

Will do - when you get time, please tell me (or post in the Feedback forum) what went wrong, and why/how it took you seven tries.  I haven't been able to make it break yet - if you've found something that confuses the software, I'd like to get it fixed.

It should be 1, 2, 3 simple.

If you're saying it took you seven attempts before you get the validation email, that might be an email problem.  If so, I can check that out at my end.

(There is a note in the sign-up procedure that if you don't get the validation email, to send an email to the webmaster account.  Did you do that?)

.............off to sleep.

Nah, nothing like that - I'm a computer dummy, so you have to bear with me.

It's just the repeating things if the first try doesn't go through. I spend more time with wrenches than a keyboard!   :giggle:

Well, whatever you don't know about computers....   you obviously know a TON of things about drift cars!!!  Thanks for what you posted on sgrid - maybe we'll get more people over there interested in drifting.

To everyone else reading this - I'm sure you are welcome to join Hobby Talk and Starting Grid.  If you're into drifting, please do come to SGRID and introduce yourself.  If we get  few dozen people involved, more will come along, and in the months to come, maybe drifting will gain in popularity all over the world!
