Yes for sure i did the research and found out hpi savage flux that is newly launched was a good rc but im yet a begginner and wont buy a basic car..so do u think that savage is good pick for me..??

Like i said earlier, dont let the beginner aspect decide the car you pick. Since there is proper support in India even a 8 year old with no experience can buy the best rc car and not have any problems.

             I too am in the process of deciding on an RC truck. As of now its E-maxx brushless, HPI Savage flux and Stampede brushless thats under consideration. But I recenlty came across the thunder tiger MT4 G3 and oh man I am floored. That thing is so very stable and durable for high speed and bashing. I know not many people would suggest you this vehicle which in fact has perplexed me as well . But most of those opinions I guess come from people who havnt used the TT MT4. If you look at videos by people who own both E-maxx and MT4, you can see how much they appreciate the latter. Check this and related video out-

            I have come to understand that the MT4 is way better than e-maxx and as good as the savage flux hp. Would like to know what you guys think about this.

Ehh, if I remember right, none of us said that it was a bad car.

If you can get it, go for it!! I've seen Joe driving his and it surely is an awesome car. Its basically an MT with a center diff and truggy parentage.

I wouldn't blindly follow everything that BSRC says..... But with the MT4G3, they are bang on!


The first video clearly shows that it needs heavier damping out of the box... It feels too springy.... But that doesn't matter when you're bashing. If you're racing, a small tune up can turn it into a beast.

frankly,emaxx dosent stands a chance b/w mt4 and flux. For bashing flux is better, and for racing mt4 is better.
IMO,mt4 is the latest rival for eRevo which 's a race proven electric monster.

MT4 is way better because its a truggy and is based on the ST-1, one of the toughest cars from TT. But it suffers from the TT image and RTR packaging where brands like HPI and Traxxas have an advantage.

i agree to ajo. TT needs to improve on marketing and packaging their products. Plus they need to have more of that RTR factor.
