Is this for a specific model ? Are you looking for the manual of a specific car ?  Have you tried looking at the downloadable (PDF) manual of any of the RC cars ?

This says it. I assume you are a college student doing project. To make your own design, you must put your engineering mind to work. Strip the car and study its design. Manual will not give chassis design. Only kits manuals will give steering assembly.
