Members,
Here's my 1/24 MAN 6x6 crawler built from Redcat Sumo electronics, Losi drive shafts, and some other parts from salvaged parts.
The body is a complete styrene, scaled, cut and fabricated to form this truck.
the leaf spring suspensions are made from a traxxas recoil spring and the chassis is a aluminum channel, which was cut from a 1"x1/2" rectangle tube.
The weight was an issue on the truck as it wasn't pulling itself on steep slopes, so that was taken care of by using a innovative new method in crawling.
I have ran multiple coats on the body, hence the paint isn't appearing to be what I intended, I will strip the body down and sand it over again to give it a fresh coat of Desert Camo or a Matte black tone.

Making of the chassis!!

Superb Sir. Really Hard n Smart Work. ll you please post some pics of the axle, I mean how you ve attached the wheels.
the axles come with a .....aaah..picture illustrations are better right???
This way you'll get a better understanding!! :salute:
I had 2 redcat crawlers one had a dead receiver board, so I made a center axle with 2 normal axles..
the center axle looks like this after joining 2 separate axles..(second picture for reference)
to make the center axle, this simple illustration may give you an idea!
Thanks Sir, that means we ve to go for readymade assembly. should meet u in order to understand the things completely. Thanks again.

= its not rocket science!! everything is available everywhere!!
Yes Sir completely agree with you. But there are certain things which can be understood only after looking them live rather than in pics.

I posted my train pictures just yesterday and to tell you, it was a huge task to copy, resize, and post those pics on the forum as time is a killer.
I will surely try and get at least some video of the crawl!
Video's uploaded!
