I wouldn't suggest the 3s LiFePO4 on the speed pinion. Anything over 8.4V seems bad.... An NiMH drops down pretty quickly. The LiFePO4 will be close to a 3s lipo. I'd suggest the stock gearing. More voltage demands lower gearing....

Hmm. Let me see if I can get a stock pinion.

good luck with that , they'll charge you 100$ + for shipping and there's no guarantee what customs will charge. if you want to get it abroad, ask someone there to buy it and send it to you unassembled. that's what i did
