Depends on what's available. You can try going to a high voltage system but that would require a new ESC and motor.

Are you going racing with it? If so, you need to look at the rules at the track you're going to.

I don't know much about your car. It would be quite expensive to get new electronics.

Try and gear down. That should give you slightly more runtime but a lower top speed.
