Guys, a colleague of mine is visiting UK and I am in the thoughts of asking him to get some stuff (read rc nitro cars) down. What formalities is one expected to go through? Duty, customs etc? Any inputs are appreciated?

Nothing I know, just carry in your checked in luggage. Customs rules for passenger luggage apply, max non dutiable items 25K.
