My Thunder tiger e-mta front tyre is wobbling badly the front left tyre ... I have tightened the screw and checked for any damage but all looks good to me ... what should I do ?
I am new to RC so a detailed explanation would be helpful.
Would it be a issue with the toe - link ?

Could we get a video?

The tire has a higher diameter than a 1:8 buggy's tire and the greater mass will cause a major wobble if the tire is imbalanced. The imbalance could be due to manufacturing imperfections or water absorption by the foam or inclusion of foreign debris in the space between the tire and foam or the foam could have uneven distribution of mass. Imbalance caused by one of these (or more) could be the reason.

It can also be because the bearing is worn out/damaged(more likely) which is causing the wobble.

Another possibility is that the bearing is not snug in the block it is mounted in. That could cause the wobble.

The least likely chance is that the axle onto which the wheel mounts is bent. Considering the thickness of the material, it's unlikely. It's also a part that doesn't get damaged easily.

Check your driveshaft and make sure it's not bent. A bent driveshaft caused higher loading on the bearings and can damage them.

I have changed the tyre from front to back to check for any imbalanced tyre .. but it only wobbles with a particular wheel hex nut ... whereever I put that wheel hex it starts to wobble ...
I did sent a mail to thunder tiger they said me that the company might have wrongly given a 21mm wheel hex and my car has a 17mm.
When I see the wheel hex which is giving me wobble with other hex I can barely see any difference ... its not bent or damaged anything like that.

Are you talking about wheel nut or wheel hub.

If its from wheel Hub then it could be due to the ball bearings or the CVD shaft itself.

Also make sure that the Pin is secure in the wheel Hub.

I don't what exactly is a wheel hub and wheel nut ...
But on the image which I have given above ... In that the top thing that's what I am talking about ...
If i change that to rear or front it starts to wobble ... so the main problem is that top thing on that image ... lol I don't know what it's called maybe de wheel hub.

That's the hex(hub). I've never heard of the hex being a cause of wobble.

Does the pin fit snug in the hole given or is it loose?

EDIT: hellfire said it better. Correction made.

If you are talking about the top one where one inserts those pins, then its called a wheel HUB which is in the shape of HEX,even the wheel nuts are also in the shape of HEX ,so if you call them a HEX ,one will not know whether you are talking about the wheel nut or wheel hub since both are in the shape of a hex.

In all vehicles be it RC or real cars/motorcycles you attach the wheels/RIM to the wheel HUB.

So check if the pins are loose and check the inner diameter of the wheel hub(where the CVD would go in and see if there is any defect.

I just checked and the inner diameter of the wheel hub is big compared to the other three ...
Sorry I can't upload any images or video as I don't have a pc around me as I am travelling with my rc on a vacation.
Should I use thread on the outer side like 2-3 rounds on the wheel hub ... will that make it little tight and not wobble ?

Well i assume you are talking about the inner diameter of the wheel HUB where the CVD goes in,If so you can probably use a tape around the CVD where it goes through the wheel hub as a temporary fix.Ask the TT for a replacement hubs.
Lots of wobble in the wheel would weaken the arms ,links etc and cause higher wear and tear.
