About the Heli Crash - Purely Pilot-Nav error .... some fool might have moved the line which tangled with the rotor, still pilot error.
The folks on the ground might have run faster than Bolt though!!! LOL !!! a scene etched in their mind for life.

This is 'classified' but then 8 years have passed since. This video reminded me of an audio tape that I had heard at an airbase in UP. It was voice of a pilot approaching death on board a Canberra that crashed in 2005. I don't have the recording but I heard it played on a Sony Dictaphone in 2006 and will never forget it for the rest of my life. One line keeps haunting me "I can't see anything"....................R.I.P.
