yea i read that today in the morning and i am sure Mumbai police would be taking strict action since many Government agencies have raised concerns about it.

They look more like paragliders flying formation rather than anything remotely rec.

Some Diamond company claimed that they released balloons for Advertisements near airport in a cricket ground.

Hope these were not "remote controlled" balloons
