I have ordered Junsun car mirror for 180USD. I spoke to the seller and he said that in the invoice he stated 30USD (not 180USD), so hope for the best. It was shipped through Singapore post, and on 7th July i was able to track using both India post, and Singapore post. The only thing bothering me as of now is why haven't it yet reached Kolkata. I have seen screen shots in the forum, where they entered India in a day or two. For your reference here is snap shot of the tracking:

i ordered a phone(261$)from ali express it my first time when i order expansive item.i dont know how much seller declared its value it declared it as gift or not.
i ordered many time from ali express but this time it taking so much time
my questions are
1 how much days it take to deliver
3 my parcel go through custom  or not ?
2 i have to pay any custom duty
3 if yes then how much ?
as i heard from many persons that 50000rs import is free in one year and some other says that 2000rs items are free for custom   
after GST customs duty charges are increased  ?

they asked for documents like  my ids
I provided now they asking for 106% customs duty
guys please tell me its right duty on mobile phone

they opened the packaged and sad that it, not 30 $ phone you have to pay duty according to Indian market value.
can   any one help me in this matter

can any one tell me if I don't pay duty then what happens?
they send the parcel back to the seller or they auction it?
if auction then how can I get it?

You actually can't do anything in this case. If you want the mobile you have to pay up else you can request the custom people to return the shipment to the sender.

I had a quadcopter last year, it was siezed I was asked to show NOC documents, which I didn't have, I asked them to send it back to the source address. They sent it, from Bangalore the parcel went to Mumbai and it was lost, I don't see any information, India Postal Department says it's on the way, Customs does not take responsibility, they say it is handled by India Postal Department. I gave up tracking and mails and calls,  I lost ₹9000.
I heard it's good you go to their office and talk smoothly and they will settle for lesser amount and give you the parcel. Many of friends mentioned that they do it. Yes, it's a bribe,am sad to say we have to do this else pay higher rate for the same things. From last year, I don't order any costly stuff from AliExpress or banggood or any Chinese site. I ordered single pieces of fidget spinner that came without issues.

With regard to customs opening packages, they are permitted to open it, unless specified by the vendor, if this is so, I think a few documents must be provided from your end and from vendor also.

If the package is sent back to the original source, the customs charges will be cut from the amount that is to be returned to you, so you may get less than 50% of the money, I think I may get 25% back at the max once the package is returned if it's successful.

so i have to pay customs duty in any way if i receive it or not i have to pay or forget the package?

Someone didn't recieve it, and after a year and a half they got a notice for it. I suggest you go and talk to them, they will agree for a lesser amount and settle it.

am not sure about the duty and their charges, they will mention it when you talk to them. am not very sure about duty taxes and stuff

in starting i sent them 30 $ bill and the declared value is also 30  they ask for bank statement but I have not. bcoz the original purchase is 261$
now my question is if i show them 261$ bill and bank statement .. they release it with duty or put plenty on the package or any other case of fraud?
