hello @aman @nairit i have two parcels shows they are send to the domestic location but i dont receive it i read all the thread and made a greviance but they said plz forward the complaint to chennai post office

Use the Tracking Numbers and track them on domestic tracking portals and not on IPS web Tracking Portal And you will get to know where are They Now.If Thats not Working then you need to contact Chennai FPO and ask them why it is blocked? ?? And if you dont mind can i ask that whats in the parcel???

I need help to get my package.

I have brought Phone from Aliexpress and shipped through SG. Below it tracking details.

When it reach me postman asking me to pay 5009/- rs duty to clear the package...I was refuse to pay because it high for me and have checked with supplier they clearly mention on invoice value $30 and could be customs duty around 300/- rs

Postman returned package and now it in Chennai sorting office.

Pls Help..is there any second attempt happen or i have to pay customs duty 5009/- rs.

What I think is that you should for more 5 days if its not received in Kolkota then you open a dispute or wait for the parcel to come.
