Range inside tested till 750m LOS with buildings in between, Outside tested for 2 km, works. specs say ~5km.
Now the real question, where do I use them, I practically don't. And that is a useful point. Does one really need them? I've never felt a need for them on the field given I'm carrying a mobile phone. ANd when I'm not carrying a mobile phone, shouting works.

I have ordered many things from aliexpress in the past and all have made it to my hands without any problems.
But I recently ordered 3 Cross pendants from the same site and this was a bit unusual as the shipment tracking did not change for a very long time and nor did the seller have any idea about it.

I do think that the product has been lost intransit, kindly suggest me any ideas or mails i can write so that i can claim my pendants else my last resort would be to open a dispute.

Aside : The Value of the shipment is around $5

I ordered projector lens for car headlights from aliexpress. Following is the link of the ips website that Im tracking my order from.

Its through china post and the price of the product is $92. Its been 4 days and the  status at ips website is the same and hasnt changed as can be seen from the link. Any ideas why hasn't it been updated? Is this a a common occurrence?

This is my first post here. I ordered a product (a prostate supplement for my father) from Evitamins on 4th of June. The product was to be delivered by 29th June latest. The tracking shows that the product reached India on 17th June. But as the shipping was done via USPS, the tracking is only available till it reaches India, not after that. I have ordered from the same website 3 times, but the products I ordered reached within 20 days every time. I can not get any information whatsoever whats the status of my product and its whereabouts. I somehow got to know that it might have stuck at customs due to some reasons. Then I came to know that the product might be at the foreign post office. I tried to call the number at FPO in Mumbai, but nobody ever picks up the phone. I called somewhere else at the post office, they said it is stuck at the customs and as the tracking code starts from "LM' they can't tell what would be the status I should wait for them to deliver. He said I could go to the FPO, but he again said that it may not help as they wouldn't know where the product would be. Its been almost a month since the product reached India. Please help me guys, what should I do to retreive my product. I don't think that these guys would deliver my product. Should I go to the FPO or is there something else that I can do? I have attached the tracking of the product that i got till it reached India. Thanks

Im facing a similar situation like you where the status of my package is stuck at the exact same place where yours was which is it shows its been sent out of beijing but its been 5 days and no update as to if it is in India and where. I wanted to know when did you recieve your package? From the ips tracking link that you posted it shows that it updated almost a month later after being shipped from beijing. did you receive it before that or are you still waiting?

Dont worry your order is safe, most China post parcel will show up at kolkata customs after about 15-20 days after it leaves Beijing, so be patient, once it reaches kolkata it'll be one week time to reach at you, so take it as overall 30 days until  you receive your product in hand, some time it can be sooner

I completely forgot the post I made here.
I have received almost all the products.
But the downside is expect for the 400$ worth Cheerson CX 20 quadcopter (came without any custom duty,Had paid 58$ extra for shipping, do not know if this had a role to play) via china airmail Almost all other products I got , Like small quadcopters,Smartwarches,Laser keyboard,etc were charged to customs at 41% for electronics and value for products were independently assessed,as in they did not go by what was declared in invoice, which seemed really pissing.
I refused all of them and requested for refunds.

Now I need some fresh help..
I am planning to buy some Iphones/mobiles from alieexpress ( expensive stuffs which are above 600 USD) and am really confused on how to get through custom duties and taxes at cheapest rates and waive off as much as possible..
I can shell out a maximum of 10k for customs.
Sellers on alie ship via China airmail,Sweden post, SIngapore post, EMS,DHL .
Suggest me which one to go with and what instructions to give to the seller on declarations to receive the product with limited customs.

The worst experiences i've had is that even when the product ships via airmail like china post, they assess the products value on their own at indian customs when they feel declaration isnt satisfactory and charge hefty 41% duty or so.

SO now i have 2 options.. Either ship it straight to india or ship it a US based reshipping site like comegateway or viabox and then reship it back to india if incase any of these sites would guarentee no custom duty by an means when doing so.

Hi, Jonathan, sorry for late reply, I received my parcel a week back. It's was surprisingly undamaged despite careless packing and it being delicate item; considering how Indian post handles the parcels. Indian post and customs really are hit and miss, so I buy only those things abroad which are not available here, and which I cannot jugad. Remember, you people will be a lot more happy if you stop seeing aliexpress as a money saving place and start seeing it as a source for something that is not available here in India; and if course ginger candy. Iphone are available here in India, just get them from here.

Well, I am getting it from some discounts, as in i pay hardly 50-100$ for something that costs 800$,
So I am not getting it from here,I am billed for 800$ but I pay less due to certain gift coupons/Discount vouchers I received personally.

Well I ordered a product from aliexpress earlier (3 months back) through china post and the product reached me in 17 days from the days of shipping hence i ordered through china mail again. Its been 13 days and still no update on IPS web tracking website.
