And forgot to mention... It is air parcel register and it has a 55$ quadcopter with transmitter.......Its been 8 days....the status is still 'send item to customs'.....im waiting and hoping for the best.

When i hit the track button its almost breathtaking like waiting for my exam results....
I dont know what on earth these customs guys do at work... 

From my experience at Chennai customs (postal appraisal dept.)
The shipment is released within 1 or 2 days if there is no issue or duty.
If it is not cleared in two days it means that they have held the shipment for assessing for duty or to write a letter to me asking for some details.

A word of warning: DON'T USE EMS!

I made the mistake and ordered goggles (no tx/rx just the screen and foam) with EMS, and it's been like this ever since:

And one more thing....I purchased the quadcopter for 55$... I asked for the invoice from Banggood incase of customs asking me to submit it...and they sent it through email....but the stated price on the invoice is 16.60$... Will this cause any problem if i send this invoice to the customs???

Just throw some bones to the dogs, they'll dance on whatever tune you want. They wont care about any wpc noc etc. All they want is money, they are not man enough to stand on their own legs so they'll live on our pittance. I did it in the past. I went there with documents and stuff, they didn't even look at it. Just go or send someone there and ask them to talk nicely and bribe them.

Let me wait two more days...
After that i will feed those hungry greedy dogs...

As of 10/9/15 on 4:47pm the tracking updated from "send item to customs" to "return item from customs".
Thats exactly 12days in customs....lets hope that ill get it in 2 to 3 days...

Soon as i get the parcel ill update it here....

Today at 2:30pm it was updated to "send item to domestic location"

I collected my parcel at 1:00pm from my local post office today...and i was charged a customs duty of Rs.1275 for the parcel worth of 55$... Still a great deal....thanks😁

my parcel ( CQ303400535SG ) is stuck with delhi customs, yesterday i got a letter from Delhi customs asking for documents and importers code which obviously i don't have...my order contains a small quadcopter ( cx-10a ) for my son's birthday, a battery charger and few other miscellaneous items. i am now in need of help as they are saying that they will destroy my parcel and i would be liable for penalty as well...baap re baap

I seem to have a similar problem. I ordered something from amazon.com and was expecting it today. However, the courier service (DHL) as well as the amazon tracker showes that the package is delayed in the customs clearance process. I'm a little concerned as my package consists of a vibrator, which is not illegal, but is someting that is frowned upon. I've been assured by the seller that the package is discreet and the item itself looks innocent enough, not obscene like the others. So my worry is that if customs doesn't seem it fit to proceed, would I face some legal problems? Will they return the package or will they destroy it? The overall cost of my package is around 3ooo rupees, so I don't think it'd have to pay any custom duty (correct me if I'm wrong though).

This is the first time I'm ordering something from Amazon.com. I've always resorted to Amazon.in before, so I'm quite unsure about what I'm dealing with here. Hence, I'd appreciate any help or guidance on how I should go about this.

Don't worry guys just take a bank statement of ac and the copy of invoice and send it to them...they will charge u 36.05% and release the items
