If the shipping methods says "REGISTERED", then it is with tracking number.

Hey Aman and Sooraj, would just like to let u guys know that yesterday the status of my shipment changed without any interaction with the customs  .The Tracking info now shows this :

Any idea as to wen I would receive it ? 

Well as it is written that send item to domestic location that means soon it will be deilvered to you by your local post office.So whenever parcels which post office delivers your parcel any idea contact that post offive only and check that if they have received it or not? ?

Look for DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM (or something on those lines) in the order page. Select it. U'll get the refund.

Refunds are generally credited to your account within 7 working days of authorisation by ebay.

You better contact the seller about the shipping method. REGISTERED AIRMAIL should be the minimum you should agree on. If your present order was sent by REGISTERED AIRMAIL, then you should have received a tracking number when the seller shipped the product.

REGISTERED AIRMAIL takes anywhere from 10 days to 30 days to get delivered. But if it is CHINA POST REGISTERED AIRMAIL, then you may even receive it after 4-5 months (personal experience)!!  Feel somewhat proud to know that India Post has a competitor in terms of worst performance!! 

Before placing any international order on EBAY, you should always contact the seller first regarding the shipping method. Some sellers send by seamail, which takes a long long time to reach destination.

all of the items to me were send by economy shipping method and i wan not provided with any of the tracking numbers they said they sent by airmail i orderd it on 12th december

Oh. Then its probably sent by China Post UNregistered Airmail. You wont receive it in 1 month. Anyway, you can contact the seller regarding your order.

its over a month irts nearly 40 days for now even the seller is not responding
the seller is a top rated seller as well as on ebay

If the seller is not responding, then you should immediately apply for refund.

@Cool16yash , Don't go contact the seller with "item not received" complaint , just message him by "I want to know something about the item" Option , Say that the expected date of delivery for your order is going to end, and you haven't received the item yet. The Seller should respond with a solution with in 48 Hours.

If not wait till the expected date of delivery ends and contact the seller again through "Item not received" option, Ebay will take care of remaining procedures, according to response from seller.
And I can 100% guarantee that you wont lose your money .  Stay cool as in your screen name

Dear sir, IDK why you are saying so. IMHO, India post is the best and vast postal service in the WORLD. And their EMS SPEEDPOST  provides BEST , RELIABLE AND FASTEST SERVICE IN IT"S CLASS IN INDIA.  (I used capital and bold here to double strees my op.)

For Chinapost I agree with you, all my orders through HK post delivers fast, but china post lags (Didn't experienced a 4 month lag though !!)

Any way, Ebay has a strict refund policy that Guarantees 100% Buyer satisfaction (Especially ebay.com) - SO NO WORRIES ON ORDERING THROUGH EBAY.

I have found only EMS Speed Post service satisfactory from India Post. Other shipping methods of India Post takes ages to get delivered. I live in Guwahati and had to send a parcel to China couple of months ago. I chose Registered Parcel. It took 15 days just to go from Guwahati to Kolkata Foreign Post Office. And after that it was sent to customs. 

I do not know its service in other parts of the country but one judges a service provider on the service it provides across the whole of its service area.

By the way, I am currently waiting for a parcel sent by CHINA POST REGISTERED AIRMAIL on 02 November 2014. Parcel hasn't even reached India yet!! Having said that, I also tell you that I have received CHINA POST REGISTERED AIRMAIL packets within 25 days.  It is just sometimes that they take 2-3 months.

Regarding ebay, yes its perfectly safe to shop there. But as far as I know you have to select DID NOT RECEIVE before a certain date or ebay assumes that the product has been delivered. I bought 2-3 on ebay international some time ago so do not know if the policy has changed now. As cool16yash said last dat is tomorrow and seller is not responding, so I suggested to apply for refund (DID NOT RECEIVE). Seller is given a few days to accept the refund or show proof of delivery, if I rem right.

Ohy god huge discussion is going on but one thing i agree is that ebay policy is there so dont worry about your money.
