I don't see what "SMS language" you're referring to. He has used maybe 1-2 short forms max per message with adequate grammar and punctuation.

I need some help here, and need to put light on this matter from all members, specially senior and experienced ones.
I ordered LED mini projector from AliExpress and os stuck at customs for long time, and after contacting them i received e-maik from them asking few documents as follows :
1.     Purchase Invoice/Commercial Invoice.

2.    Transactions details/payment details.

3.    Copy of Import-Export Code Certificate, if any.

But the problem is i've ordered the projector for $79 and seller declared $30 on package. And in email customs even asked for duty like...

I'm thinking 41.492% is legel and actual duty to be paid is correct?
This is too much...
And for invoice and payment proof can be different, so how to show them documents which shows the same amount?

It has been held by customs. Wait for a few days and you will receive a letter from them explaining why it has been held and what documents you need to submit. Depending on what is in the package, you may also be hit with a hefty duty/ fine.

@ayush, your parcel shows Retention reasons other and record item. This means they will charge you duty and soon it will be released and reach your doorstep with a slip of duty that you can pay to the post man . Do take a photo of the slip before paying and taking delivery. If it is too much , you can reject the parcel and ask them for revaluation.

Now its in customs which was held / Retained for some unspecific reason.
The item cost is Rs.1500 INR paid at Aliexpress.
Probably the item was sent as gift by the seller and this is my 6th order from Ali Express. Others didnt had any problem, they reached me within time specified.
So what can be the probable cause of retention and what do i need to do now.

No issue.
It is undergoing inspection for value assessment. They may charge duty if they feel the value is above Rs. 2000/-
Just from last month they are putting this remarks when they hold it for value assessment.
It may take few days to a week.

Have you tried tracking it through indiapost it would be much clear and probably it may take few days to arrive.
Upon that 500$ price tag may attract custom duties and may lay charges on that
