How they will communicate? By giving any letter or postman will carry the slip during delivery?

No it does not mean they will charge you Customs duty. They may or may not and it depends on the assessing customs officer. In my two recent consignments they did not charge any customs duty.

"Awaiting presentation to commissioner of customs" is a normal process when the postal dept. sends packages to customs for assessment. It took me upto two weeks for this status to change:

If they call you for any clarification they will send a memo through postman. If they impose duty then postman will bring the item or ask you to contact the local post office and after you pay them the duty, they will hand over the goods.

Still there is no update after 26th May 2016.Tracking no RS505682755NL.
No communication letter/ phone call received so far from customs end.
Shall I wait some days more for customs clearance?

I think this is normal. From 7 to 25 I had no update. Yours is there for only 11 days.

Be patient, it will be updated in due time.

Today only received my mobile. Singapore post rocks, no custom duty.

I have had good experience with banggood packages. I dont see any apparent problems with the details you mentioned.
BG marks packages as "commercial samples" by default thats the only problem area. You will need an IEC to get it cleared in that case

I have ordered MI PAD 2 + case worth ($291-original price) from sp4mm3r.com, since the actual price which had paid was $291, but they provided the invoice stating the total amount of the product was $19.
I had a word with them about this price declaration($19), but they said that it is just to avoid custom duty.
So, my question here is will it cause any problem for me (Note: It seems it already reached chennai customes and I'm unable see any updates from past 4 days).
How long do I need to wait in order to receive this parcel?
