Your package should go through without being charged duty as the seller was smart to value it at $19. Just be patient, it takes time for packages to be transferred.

Be patient, it hasnt even been a week since the last update. It can take anywhere up to 2 weeks for it to update after being transferred from one location to another.

Wait for 1-2 weeks.
Maybe you'll get a letter stating the retention reason or maybe they'll release it.
Mumbai postal depts. usually take a longer time than kolkatta/Delhi who are super fast.

Then I reached foreign mail mumbai, they said its already sent to chennai..

One more details I'd like to share - Per Notification S.O.No.1056(E), dated 31.12.1993 issued by Ministry of Commerce under the Customs Act, 1962 by Government of India, it clearly states imported goods which comes through post for the category of electronic items whose C.I.F. value is less than Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand) should not be entitled for any custom duty [under the category 3.(h).(i).(h) - http://www.cbec.gov.in/htdocs-cbec/customs/cs-act/formatted-htmls/forgntrade-order ]

So, per this rule, we can import the electronic item from any country. Sharing the knowledge with you guys. What you guys think about this one?
