And the officer told me yesterday that it will take 2 more days to clear all parcel with tracking rb so i hope that all will be cleared today better to give them a call by today evening and by the are you properly from jaipur i am from kota

You get tracking like they received item but after that no updation on package

Should i ask seller to attach under valued Invoice (say, 25usd roughly 1600) or should i ask the seller to mark it as a gift..

I packed nicely with one Blood Glucose level & Blood pressure monitor (Including small little button type battery). I send registered mail this item to my parents staying in india (I send from Singapore). I declared as a medi gift in the declaration. after 25 days (from the date i send) it successfully reach my home town post office. The postman refuse to give that parcel to my parents. He ask my parents to pay 1500rs for penalty. i am still holding the parcel to take. What can i do..? anybody pls help.

Everything is ok Jignesh. This often happens as the tracking is not so accurate. You should receive it in 3weeks-6weeks from the order date. Dont worry.

Hello all!
I ordered EEPROM IC chip from ebay on 31st october. The seller is from USA. This is my first time as international buyer and I think I am in trouble. Seller shipped the package by USPS first class international. The USPS website has not updated the tracking information since 5th november. I told the same to seller and he said that the package is pretty much in India. Now the problem that there is no tracking number associated with package so how do I track it? I mean the customs have not yet contacted me. Do I need to contact Mumbai FPO ??

Every thing said apart keep 45 days buyer protection limit in mind. Don't miss it.

The limit is actually 30 days from the day of payment if I do not receive my package.

Most probably yes. The customs will contact you by e-mail or through speedpost requesting you to submit necessary documents. It will be good if you visit mumbai customs in person and present your documents. That way things will go smoothly. I strongly feel you gonna pay customs duty.
