I need help with customs. I had recently ordered a mobile from AliExpress, now since 15/04/18, it is shown that it is retained at Mumbai EMS Customs for no reason specified.
What next can I do?
Please help

Not much help that can be done!
Either it's on its way and has not been uploaded or it's somewhere in Beijing airport still waiting for a slot on a plane.

It will mostly be sitting at Kolkata waiting to be scanned.

Go to India Post website and lodge a complaint. Tell them that this is not the first time you are importing. Every parcel arrives in India next day.

Then some Mumbai Office will escalate it to Kolkata. They will scan it the same day.

They'll take 3 to 7 days to reply

I ordered some cosmetics worth Rs. 2700 from Yesstyle.com on 11th April. It is a Hong Kong based website, or maybe Singapore. I don't know for sure. My problem is I'm staying at a rented apartment in Bangalore, but I'd be moving to the other end of the city soon due to job change. If my parcel arrives in May, my address would have been changed. Here are the tracking details. Those who have ordered stuff from abroad, please tell me how much more time will it take to reach me? The package is weighing around 400gms.

I ordered Bluetooth headset from aliexpress. now it has reached Mumbai but under tracking, I see "Retention Reason: Retained by customs for unspecified reason"

what should I do now? what should be my next step to receive this parcel

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Aliexpress using "AliExpress Standard shipping service". The tracking record says Custom clearance failed and the item is held by customs.

this is the first time i have ordered on banggood . i placed my order on 26 dec and the estimated date of delivery is 4/1/2019 by india direct mail but i can wait even furhter the product was thor 4 dual watch worth 8700 , i just want to know do i hav to pay custom charge , and one more qustion i want to order a mobile doggee s 80 which personal walkie talkie and its about 25000 should i go for it or it will have custom related problems ,pls help

Walkie Talkie is a banned item. Its needs permission from WPC similar to importing Transmitter.
