My other hobby is photography and one aspect of it is shooting RC models, going to airshows and shoot the big brothers (full scale). I will start contributing some of my photos here.
A few here, not something amazing though... ;)

Thank you Gusty Bhai
I have batches and batches of these photos so will share them here as we go. Feel free to use them and let me know if you want the highest resolution images of any particular shot.
Those are really nice shots. What camera are you using.
Cheers
Asutosh
Thank you Sir! I think two of those are with a Nikon D7000 and the other two are with the Nikon D600 using 70-300 zoom lens. I replaced my D600 with a D800 now. :)

and some more..
last one :)
Salam, Salaam! Wonderful photography - How does your offer to Gusty translate for the other menials like me?
Atul - you are one lucky guy! Where were these taken and HOW did you manage to be there?
VC, this was taken at http://www.midway.org/ in Sandi ago.
yeah i know i was very fortunate to see and touch these aircraft.
I have seen V-22 Osprey in action :)
I just couldn't resist the urge to edit this picture.
Guys who know their fibonacci may recognise this goose flying west as a Mandelbrot!

Thank you Sir Jee... I will be honored if someone like you use my shots for anything so please feel free. I know you have a very special taste about things so it will not be easy to impress you. :)
Happy to share high res with you or anyone.
I have very little knowledge of Mathematics (I know how to multiply). The Fibonacci sequence was learnt courtesy Dan Brown. AFAIK, one difference between the Fibonacci Sequence and the Mandelbrot Set is that the latter does not occur in nature.
I do not know what Iyer Sir meant by 'Goose Flying West', however, the complete fractal is a very famous entity and can be found here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mandelbrot_sequence_new.gif
The video set of Mandelbrot's Winter Geese may be viewed here:
http://vimeo.com/57841671
I wouldn't like to add anything more here, as a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Anyone for classics? :)

Atul
Some great pics there, Santiago must have been good, no?

Your numbers needs to be seen a real close, first sight, edit aint visible, that's good, who can spot, deserve to.

What is that sticking out of the wall in the 4th pic?
Looks like rear fuselage and fin. Note shadow
VC Sir, it is your taste and kindness which is making it difficult for you. :hatsoff:
Gusty, I am more into 3D aerobatics but I do love classics, civilian and military planes. I love them all. Spacewalker is a beautiful plane.

Thank you Sir! The field where I fly is a huge field and has many sheds, shelters and a club house. That particular shed is a designated area to throw away all broken planes and its pieces. That particular half section of plane is a Composite ARF plane crashed on its maiden flight. The owner in honor of the plane stuck it there. :)
You have a great eye to spot things.
I like this one, particularly, wonder who ? :giggle:
Woopps! Seems like you have access to my computer. :giggle:
My 10 year daughter sometime takes good photos.
Salam sir,
Spotted it because we haven't thrown away a single crashed airplane in over 40 years!
3D, pattern, c/l, f/f, glider, electric, glow, alive, invalid, quadraplegic, dismembered, old cars, motorbikes, scooters, rc car, airboat etc all growing older and older with us.
Have a few new chuck gliders though, haha.
ha ha ha.. I know and have read some of your posts so I can imagine what you like and how much you like them. :salute:
A chuck glider will be good for some late afternoon workout. I do have a few DLGs and some electric gliders. Love them!

Amazing DETAILS.
Never seen such details before..
Superb details ! i like the flight magazine !!!
amazing!!! whats the scale??
That's 1/4 scale Hangar 9 J-3 Cub.
Uncanny resemblance between the Pilot figure and Mr. Salam. I know that there is a company that moulds scale pilot figures to your likeness. Is that the case?
Btw, just blown away by the detailing incorporated. Did it all come with the kit, or were they scratch built?
VC Sir, that pilot figure is gora looking while your truly is a pure desi guy. LOL
I asked the owner of this plane a while back about all these details. He got some of the stuff from some suppliers who specialize in cockpit details of various planes while some he added by himself. I think he printed 1/4 scale of magazines and maps etc to give the interior a true look.
Here is the owner of this plane. ;)

Looks electric, if yes, must be having a real life engine sound system too? no?
Yes, electric with no noise and air pollution. ;)
That would then use one bigggg motor & battery!
E-flight Power 160 motor on 10S 5000MAh batteries.
This is what I am talking about:

Yes, Gusty - they do ship to India!!! ;)
The guy got his pilot for the Cub from http://www.premierpilots.net. He one time mentioned he bought it for $120.
Another fellow flyer has his own way of putting himself in the cockpit. Watch the guy and his pilot figure in his plane. :)

Gusty,
RC Aunt is asking 'Where in the World is...'
Nice pic. But you should have modelled for it yourself!
Reminds me of the blue overalls (oversize) that Wing Commander Kondal gave me in 1984 to pretend to be a part of their team so i could fly a demo for CM of UP at Butchery Ground, Lucknow on Republic Day / Independence Day (i forget which)!
Fond regards.
can i have an idea about how to design any aircraft model .
