I am fortunate enough to get visited by the Collings Foundation once a year at my home airport, and I get the see the B24 fly all day up close.  Only one in the world.  The B17 is pretty common by comparison!

Also check out www.pacificghosts.com for more great wreck archaeology.

Sumeet

Thanks for the contribution easytiger. The link was great and worth reading.

Somewhere I have a bunch of pictures of the B24, will have to find them.  Pacificghosts.com is a great site to waste time on, I just love it...

Sumeet

Well, I would rather say "Spend" not "Waste".  ;D

True...I just find the images of the wrecks mouldering away incredibly compelling...can't help it.
