Actually I wanted to buy a new tx RX. But after gst all tx RX prices gone up and some one suggested me to do not buy tx RX from banggood .
Thus as I am little bit familiar with arduino and codes so I wondered why shouldn't I make my on tx RX with arduino nano using joystick module and nrf module.
So any one could help me please .
Or had made tx RX like this .
Please help
Or having any views on this please share . it could be very helpful for me
You can make rx tx with arduino but that is not that easy. You have to also learn C++ in order to write your own code and the range will also be very less. Instead buy from LHS
Thanks for the concern but as I am talking about nrf module they have a range of about 1.1 km to 1.5 km
So no problem with that and about c++ arduino coading is different and I am used to it as I have made so many projects using arduino.
Waiting for a reply to help me and made this possible
Actually I am not worried about tx
The main concern is about is RX
For reference of module
https://robu.in/product/2-4ghz-nrf24l01palna-sma-antenna-wireless-transceiver-communication-module-1km/
Please help
that module will not get you more than 100 mtrs
I have tried practically
BTW - the same can be used for RX also
if you want long range go for RFM23BP (as an example)
I have the code for nrf24l01+ to work with. I have code for both tx and rx side. I don't know if it suits your application or not.
I have modded my flysky i6 tx ppm output with atmega8 and send send it through nrf24l01+ and on receiver side I have one more nrf24l01+ with atmega328p. It works well. If interested contact me on 8125956747. I can sahre code and schematics I have developed.
Thanks for the reply balakrishanan
Can you share your experience with it and pics
And please tell the pros. And cons.
You can make one, but may not be practicaly useful. For instance a good trim setup is necessary for trouble free flying and the hardware setup will be difficult if not possible. Even the basic functions like reverse may seems difficult but necessary. Also the size of RX including arduino, module and some form of connecting standard 3 pin servos will be tedious. So if you want to make a radio because you want the knowledge of making one and interested to make one, you can make open tx. There's lot of info available in internet. But if you wanna make a radio bcoz you cannot afford one, better save some money to buy a simple cheap tx like flysky fsi6 or check in used stuffs section.

Thanks v2 eagle actually by making my own tx RX I wanna to enhance my knokledge and it was just for the feel that I had made my own tx RX nothing else. And even I have broke up my tx so for some time they will work for me as spares
And as per your reply talking about the difficulties in reversing CH and all had you made one if please share you experience and working .
Any one who had made his own tx RX I need to talk to him
Please reply
I am in the process of making a Diy Opentx .its module can also be made by self.but its a little bit on the costlier side rather.
Thanks for the reply
Can you share more about it
Like equipment used
Its function
Pictures
Codes
Etc

Parts required-
1-Arduino mega-1 PCs
2-Joysticks-2 PCs
3-Spdt toggle switch-7/8 PCs
4-5way switch 2pcs or trims-4 PCs
5-128*64 lcd(1 pcs-St7920/St7565/ks0108)
6-buzzer-1pcs(active one/not the passive types
7-vibration motor-1 PCs (if you want haptic feed back)optional
8-rotary encoder-2pcs(one can be used for nav)optional
That's pretty much it for the transmitter hardware part.as for the module you will need another atmega328 and an nrf and 3.3v reg.Google Opentx diy module schematic
Actually I can't find Google opentx diy module systematic
And which module are you using for the communication like rf , nrf etc
And one more thing actually I want to use my old joystick instead of joystick module
And is there any hobby store in this area
And from where you used to buy your RX stuff
