They hold anything with them!!

I'd suggest you to go to the custom office. Go there and be calm, don't get furious if they say "no" to release it.
A camera shall have no problem in getting imported I suppose
And yeah, Which website did you use??

I ordered from ALiexpress, do you have the customs address or Phone number.

Well I don't know much, But i think Customs Doubt on things From Aliexpress & bangood and idk why .
As for the Address or phone no. just google it.

And yeah, if you are going to The customs office, also take your ID proof. Would help maybe.

Camera usually go thru customs without a fuss, if declared properly.

Can you tell, from where did you purchase the item?

Purchased from Aliexpress.

I would suggest to give them a call with the tracking no and get internal tracking no used by postal dept and also get the update, Mostly they would ask for invoice and payment snapshot. Send them the the proof thro email....
They may release it...

That shouldn't be a problem then. Usually, they don't have any logo so, goes through customs without major problems.
But customs random checks are inevitable, and you might be the unlucky one.

Get your invoice, and pay them a visit(if the office is near you). Hopefully, that should solve it

Don't know why these days customs has issues this EVERYTHING.
Goverment is announcing make in India. Well no one is making these product. And we  if ordering to india. Customs not allowing it.
