I have ordered for a watch from Banggood recently and at the moment its saying currently with Customs.

Banggood are saying contact customs directly. I am not sure how and where do I need to contact customs.

I have ordered with EMS Service and I want help to find out where the item is like address or contact number for mumbai

Could some one please help me with this and help me in the right direction.

so should i wait for them to reply to me or do I have to go to them to get my watch from customs?
