I have designed an frp boat which is of 25cm length and 15cm breadth for an rc boat competititon my model will be looking like twin hull I have kept an 1400rpm brushless motor but after some throttle where I couldn't achieve my desired speed what will be the solution to achieve desired speed whether I have to  change my propeller??

Seriously I didn't get nothing about this video

Increase the motor size or reduce the prop size
