Welcome to RCI!!
Is the one you posted a display model?
This is the picture of the Learjet which i purchased.
What are its specifications ie,
Wingspan etc
its of 43 feet length and Wingspan width is 47 feet.
Any leads for Aeronautical Engineering colleges are welcomed.
Wow,
After seeing the pic I thought it is 40odd inches
It's pretty clear that the picture you've posted is that of a model.
Trolling?
It's a real airplane, not a model.
Enquiry is surely not aimed at hobbyists.
Asking price is Rs 1 crore.
OP is only asking for leads to potential buyers

I'm sorry, but I really cannot digest the fact that this is not a model, 5 out of 6 my 6 colleagues say this is a 1/48 revell model. There are many things that make it a model, like the door hatch, the front landing gear the reflection in the mirror, the vertical stabilizer.
Secondly, did the Learjet 29 series have a longer fuel tank than the 28 series which reduced the passenger capacity from 8 to 6 including the pilots?
Perhaps some more pictures would really help interested parties.
Lastly, your "visit my website" is a "problem loading page"
In this Learjet 29 there are three fuel tanks with capacity on the left wing 800 lts and right side 780 lts and on the top can contain 1700 lts. All the three are inter connected to each other.
Yes. i hav corrected the site address in that advt page.
Thanks for the info.

Best of luck to you, hope you find a potential buyer. wouldn't it reach more people if you posted it on olx or something?
i am sure that this image is a small scale model because, the lighting used for the photography is daylight (indirect) and the shadow seems too sharp, so the total height should be less than 10 inch approx.
Speaking with 4 to 5 colleges directly and negotiations are going on... But Keeping all the doors open for new clients.
Look at this http://hsfeatures.com/features04/learjetmm_1.htm (http://hsfeatures.com/features04/learjetmm_1.htm)
I see that it's the exact same image. I notice that the seller is not addressing the question of the photo. Please clear that up.
Its a modern way of spamming, he only need clicks to his website.
Hav uploaded the latest pictures which i took now with registration numbers.

Nice try.
BTW, not able to locate any aircraft with VT-EIH regn...
Time for a laugh !
VT-EIH WAS AUCTIONED FOR SCRAP IN JUNE THIS YEAR.
That Revell article is quite interesting to read...
Parthi
you have posted it on the right board, this is a topic for chatter, Just out of curiosity, i dont recall Indian Air Force operating learjet ever. what is the deal. are you looking for some Murga ! or is it tie up with some Nigerian cartels ? (Who sell Harley Davidson on OLX for 30,000  )
Or ! are you the real deal !! if yes you need to come clean bro, who owns it, flying hours done, who was the previous owner, Engine Hours, Airframe Hours, Total Technical Life (TTL) Left, etc etc etc.
Keep chattering away, best sale ad ever :giggle:
Members,
Wait till Mr Parthi finds out who rcpilotacro really is.
No more ads for Learjets after that, i expect...
Unless all our 10,000 members contribute 1000 each, in cash...
OMG!!
OMG, I could not believe.
It is a real one..............
Looking for responses to the questions raised on reply #24. If there is none today, this topic will be deleted.
the first pic is of a model while the others are of a real one.
C first of all everybody must understand i am looking forward for any valid leads and to to proceed further. There are many scams happening in the world around us always. let us keep those things away.
First of all i have posted that something i have in my hand to sell.
And my target is only to sell this aircraft for Aeronautical colleges for educational purpose and non of the college will just like that give the money without proper PAPERS and REFERENCE.
If any of the person who really plan to buy a aircraft for his college can approach me directly and he can verify the papers and the aircraft directly and decide. I am in chennai now and my office is located in Ambattur. I think there is nothing to fool around or something else and moreover nobody is going to do a Bank transfer the amount without inspecting the product in person. This atleast applies to this aircraft and not for the small items which are listed in general e-commerce sites.

A full size learjet will not fit in any humans hand. Which means WYSIWYG, the first pic is what you are selling.
Firstly this is a RC forum, things for sale relating to rc should only be posted. Unless your learjet is a full scale
RC plane it does not qualify.
Secondly if it was a genuine sale of a real learjet why dont you post real pictures? the first picture is definitely a model plane and not real, the other two pics im not sure as i am not an expert. But if so many elders and rcpilotacro sir are saying it isnt real then i wont disagree with them.
Also i dont understand why a aeronautical engineering college would buy a learjet. Rather a flying school would make sense.
Please post valid pictures of the learjet, front, back and top view if possible. Interiors of learjet should also be posted.
It is the misleading nature of the aircraft as posted by the seller that is questionable.
This is the information that was privately communicated to me.
"VT-EIH was owned by the Aviation Research Centre. (R&AW India). it was auctioned by the Metal Scrap Trading Corporation Limited. it was sold alongside its Sister VT-EMH (another learjet 29) under a Scrap Tender & Auction Notice by the same company."
This conflicts with multiple "claims" by the seller.
The two later pictures of the ARC aircraft can be easily identified from the IAF roundels on the fuse and fin flashes.
Is it possible that the OP has acquired the said aircraft as scrap and trying to sell it here?
In that case he just needs to be politely pointed that he is at the wrong place.
Gusty, Learjets were indeed operated by ARC. Have seen them multiple times when visiting friends house
ARC & R&AW a different stock of blokes !! not mainstream !! prolly that's why i had no idea !! no learjet in the IAF that i know of
parthi
all the best for you sale,
Haha...I was so correct when I said it was a fake!!
From what I guess the office occupants of the ARC learjets were mainly drawn from the then khaki uniform :-)
But it's funny to see a civil regd a/c with IAF roundels
funny indeed ! coz iaf and DGCA has nothing to do with each other
Well..... if I can clear a few doubts. Yes these two Learjets were sold as Scrap a while ago. They do bear civil i.e. DGCA registration markings but as they were owned by a Govt agency they carried the Standard Indian National Insignia. It is the same tricolour roundals and the fin flash as that of the IAF. In fact have seen this aircraft quite close though never got a ride on it.
Well..... its been sold as scrap and can not be of much use other than display at some place where it is maintained in display condition or it gets sold as scrap metal..... As it was in flying condition sometime back the insides etc would have been in excellent condition.....
Yes the last two pictures are apparently of the real aircraft.
Well... this settles the question of IAF markings and DGCA registration.....
Best wishes......
By that logic all Air India a/c should have had roundels. Air India is Govt owned.
Moreover was not looking for settling anything. The position of DGCA Vs IAF is well known. The reason for civ and mil markings borne on same A/c are also quite obvious. I just said it was funny to see both together.
