I got hold on antena( pic attached ). This antena use to come with Tata indicom wireless coin box.
Just i was wondering can this antenna be used on out Tx if it fixes on it.
Any details regarding its Dbi. If its more than stock Tx antenas, will it increase the range .
Any one have some knowledge regarding it ? or any experience.

I have used one of such on a receiver.. The stock antenna was lost in an accident .. I am not sure about the range part.. I had removed the outer covering and covered the inner metal wire with heat shrink and chopped the length to about the same as the stock one..
