I have a dc motor and i bought chuck set for that dc motor but when i assembled motor with chuck and used chuck key then i want to remove chuck key i was unable to remove chuck key from chuck.
Chuck key is stuck with chuck.
I also used oil to remove chuck key from chuck but i was failed.
Please help me.

if a wood chuck could chuck wood ?

just put back the chuck on the motor and hit it with the hammer on the key it will come out

Dc motor costs around Rs.700+ and if i use hammer then motor shaft can be damaged i don't want to use hammer.
Please any  other solution.

Problem is solved.
I just put back the chuck on the motor and tried to pull chuck key from hands.
Chuck keys successfully unstuck from chuck.

Now that the problem is solved, I think all those who commented on Saikat sir's post wood have chucked out what a woodchuck is...

Just noticed that you "tried to pull the chuck key from hands"
I thought that the key was stuck in the chuck. Didn't realise it was stuck to the hands too
