Need to make this, not acquainted with Arduino so need someone who is. please help ?

Parichya, it's a really simple project. The arduino IDE comes with libraries for generating servo signals as well as for reading IR remotes.

First we generate an instance of the servo class where we define the pin number. In this project it's D9.

The IR receiver's output is connected to the first hardware interrupt pin 'INT0' also called D2.

The code reads the values corresponding to the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote and converts them into a particular servo movement.

2. I want the motor to do full rotation at one button flick and back to original position at another .Can that be done here ?

You should be able to get a breadboard at any electronics/ robotics hobby shop nearby. Or you can get one online.
