Its actually a Co-ax heli put in a Plane fuse/wing   - see it even flies like heli - nose down when moving forward.

Great and simple built.
These are called 'Tilt-rotor'. Looks like based on  Bell/Boeing V-22 Osprey/Eagle Eye/Augusta.
