Relationship care is the need of any customer in todays world, it is imperitive that one wins the heart, mind and wallet of thier clients in order to retain and build business, a classic example of not showing empathy towards the distressed customer .... Anwar thank you for sharing...

The paradox is that it were a Chinese owner... its like 'kettle calling pot black' !! Ha ha! The whole world complain the bad quality and support of Chinese product, and continues to still buy it only for its dirt cheap price.
So now we know its not only the chinese who have bad products and support, even the europeans make them ;)
